So what's left for the Seminoles? Something to salvage.
"Now it's going to be up to pride now," FSU coach Bobby Bowden said. "It's going to be up to pride. We have got to have some great practices and go up and execute, and you never know what is going to happen. Whatever happens, happens."
The Seminoles (7-3, 4-3) travel to Maryland on Saturday in a game that means far more to the Terrapins. Of the eight different scenarios leading to a winner of the ACC's Atlantic Division, only one has the Seminoles pulling it out.
